瓊英?卓瑪1971 年出生于尼泊爾,自小在加德滿都長大, 13 歲時在加德滿都附近的一間藏傳佛教女尼寺院(Nagi Gompa) 出家,有緣跟隨祖古烏金仁波切修行,從而改寫她一生的命運。

Choying Drolma was born in Nepal in 1971 and grew up in Kathmandu since childhood, at the age of 13 in a female, Tibetan Buddhism temple near Kathmandu (Nagi Gompa) becoming a monk, is predestined friends the following Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche practice, to rewrite the fate of her life.

1994年美國著名吉他手斯蒂芬·泰伯特 (Steve Tibbetts)在走訪(Nagi Gompa)寺院的時候，發(fā)掘了她的歌唱天賦。瓊英?卓瑪從小就喜歡唱歌,雖然沒有受過正規(guī)音樂訓(xùn)練,但她演唱時呈現(xiàn)的音樂像是來自心靈深處的回音。1997 年瓊英?卓瑪推出了首張專輯《 Cho》后開始走上國際舞臺,將藏傳佛教修行者的詠唱梵音風(fēng)行歐美等地的佛教界，她的梵音深受全球眾多聽眾的喜愛，至今已發(fā)行了 15張音樂專輯、并被邀請到訪世界各國進(jìn)行了數(shù)百場演出。

In 1994, the famous American guitarist Steve Tibbetts in visiting (Nagi Gompa) temple, discovered her singing talent. Choying Drolma grew up like singing, although there is no formal music training, but when she sang presents music like echoes from the depths of the soul. 1997Choying Drolma after the launch of the first album "Cho" onto the international stage, the Tibetan buddhist practitioners sing the Vatican sound popular Europe and the United States and other places of the clergy, the Vatican sound of her loved by many global audience, has yet to be released 15 music album, and was invited to visit the countries of the world for hundreds of performances.

Q：你認(rèn)為音樂的魅力是什么？

What do you think is the charm of music?

A：音樂旋律能夠撫慰非常不安的內(nèi)心。它是可以被所有人理解的語言，不論在文化背景，使用的母語，或生活所在地域方面有任何差異。旋律足可以取悅于聆聽的神靈，人類，動物，甚至科學(xué)上已經(jīng)證實連植物聽了音樂都會長得更加漂亮。

Music melody can soothe uneasy heart. It is a language can be understood by all, no matter in the cultural background, using the native language, or has any differences between the living areas. Melody is enough to please listen to gods, humans, animals, and even science has confirmed that even the plant will grow more beautiful all listened to the music.

Q：粉絲認(rèn)為你的音樂能夠治愈心靈，你怎么看？

Your fans think your music can heal the mind, what do you think?

A：非常感謝大家能夠喜愛我的音樂。音樂可以喚起你特別的情感或虔誠。我唱誦很多心咒或梵唄，不論是在中國西藏，尼泊爾還是印度，梵唄都應(yīng)該是用梵文念的。梵唄兩個字的意思是對內(nèi)心的保護(hù)，它保護(hù)你的內(nèi)心不被消極所侵。當(dāng)我們誦詠梵唄時它能幫助我們凈化消極能量，一如我們時下所謂的排毒，重新充以積極正面的能量。

Thank you very much to love my music. Music can arouse your special emotional or piety. Many I chant mantra or chanting of prayers, both in Chinas Tibet, Nepal and India, the chanting of prayers should be read in Sanskrit. Chanting of prayers two words mean to protect the heart, it is to protect your heart was assaulted by a negative. When we poems praising chanting of prayers, it can help us to purify the negative energy as we nowadays the so-called detoxification, filled with positive energy.

Q：世界在改變，你自己改變了嗎？

The world is changing, have you changed?

A：世界改變是顯而易見的事情,因為我們正在發(fā)生變化,但它的改變前提應(yīng)該是滿足人們最真摯的愿望，讓人們生活得更幸福，我自己也在為此改變。

Changing is obvious thing in the world,Cause we are changing ，but it should be with the most sincere best aspiration for the wellbeing of all and everyone.

Q：你認(rèn)為喜馬拉雅會成為一個文化概念嗎？

Can Himalaya possibly be a culture concept?

A：人們喜歡在地理上分類生活方式,比如叫喜瑪拉雅文化,西方文化等等,那它為什么不能成為一個概念呢？但文化不僅要促進(jìn)人類社會的文明、和平、繁榮與和諧，更需要不斷實踐。

It seems like people like to categorize the way of life geographically ，Thats why they call Himalayan culture,western culture,then why not?But the question should be which culture promotes the culture of humanity,peace,prosperity and Harmony,I mean not only promotes but the practise most.

Q：你知道，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的飛速發(fā)展，壓力讓許多人失去了內(nèi)心的平衡和諧，對于這個問題你有何建議？

As you konw,many people have lost their peace and harmony in hearts in the process of the fast economic growth.whats your advice on this issue?

A：我不認(rèn)為我們失去了內(nèi)心的平和，是誤解致使我們分心。當(dāng)人們開始因為累感覺分心時我們就會意識到做任何事情都不能帶來自己想要的幸福。最好的辦法是盡可能讓我們的生活有意義。所以一點點去培養(yǎng)幸福的生活方式，思維方式，養(yǎng)成習(xí)慣，這樣能幫助我們體驗到最想要的結(jié)果。用簡單的語言說其實就是你的視角，你的態(tài)度，你的動機(jī)，決定了你如何去培養(yǎng)幸福，不會被困擾。

I dont think we have lost it,we are little bit distracted by our misunderstanding.

When we start to feel little tired by the distraction then we will realize what we have been doing or how we have be doing is not bringing the right result We been wishing which is the ultimate happiness.Best thing to do is to live our lives meaningfully as much as possible.easiest thing to do is tell other what they should do right.challenge to tell ourself and to follow it.When we sincerely start living our life meaningfully,we will enjoy the right result accordingly and this will automatically inspire others and this is best help or contribution I can think of in our society.

Q：你是否有可能在喜馬拉雅山脈深處設(shè)置一個心靈診所？

Is it possible for you to setup a spiritual clinic in somewhere deep of Himalayan mountains?

A：我沒有資格開診所（笑）。

Hahahahah，I am not qualified to open such clinic.

Q：怎樣開始有意義的生活，能否傳授經(jīng)驗？

When and how did you start your meaningful life?

A：當(dāng)我理解自然法則的作用時，我就會試著去做相應(yīng)的事情。比如我想收貨水稻，就應(yīng)該先播下種子，想要玉米就要播種玉米種子。我認(rèn)為我們需要通過生活中的思考、表達(dá)、行動練習(xí)簡單的善良。用我們簡單的常識，實踐這簡單的仁慈。

When I understand how the law of nature function,l stared trying to do things accordingly.If I want to grow rise then I should sow the seed of rise,for corn need to saw the seed of corn.I think all we need is to be able to practice simple kindness in our life in anything we think,say and do.By using our simple common sense we will be able practice this simple kindness.

Q：但常識不是一直存在于心中，怎樣才能管理好它？

But common sense does not commonly stay in hearts.how to manage this?

A：我們應(yīng)該時刻注意我們在想什么，在說什么，在做什么，從最細(xì)微的小事到最嚴(yán)肅的事情。因為我們行動的結(jié)果將不局限于自己本身,它會有連鎖反應(yīng),無處不在，所以盡你所能得幫助他人,如果不能,至少不造成任何傷害。但我不是大師或博學(xué)的人，希望我說的能幫到大家。

We should try to be mindful of what we are thinking saying and doing.from most small matters to most serious matters.Consequence of our wrong or right action will not to limited to ourself,it will have ripple effect to all and everywhere.Help others if you can,if not at least dont cause any harm,tame your own mind,this is buddhas teaching.I hope it make sense ,this is my little understanding according to my understanding capacity. I am not a master or highly learned person.

If you were in the girls country,who would be your first friend?

A :在尼泊爾，女孩子和尼姑們?nèi)狈线m的教育機(jī)會。我愿意幫助那些希望送女兒上學(xué)的婦女，并給予她們良好的教育。我一直也是這么做的。我成立了尼泊爾女尼福利基金會、康健腎病治療醫(yī)院、圣救度母女尼學(xué)校4圣救度母幼兒園、與上海覺群文教基金會共建“希望之星”項目，為100個貧困兒童開展助學(xué)計劃、2015年組織召開了《尼泊爾女性企業(yè)家可持續(xù)發(fā)展研討會》、尼泊爾婦女創(chuàng)業(yè)項目（小額貸款）扶持女性獨立創(chuàng)業(yè)等等幫助更多的婦女兒童，我為此感到很自豪。

In Nepal, girls and nuns lack of proper education opportunities. Id like to help those who want to send daughter to school, and to give them a good education. I always did the same. I founded the Nuns Welfare Foundation of Nepal, Aarogya Foundation,Aaya Taya School, with the Shanghai group of cultural and educational foundation to build "star of hope" project, for 100 poor children to carry out the program, the organization in 2015 held the seminar about the sustainable development of the women entrepreneurs in Nepal, Nepal independent womens entrepreneurship program (small loans) to support women entrepreneurship and so on to help more women and children, I feel very proud.
